Sprint Distance Triathlon – Individual or Team

SWIM: The swim is in a salt water river.  Athletes swim a 750m lap.  Wetsuits are recommended.

BIKE: The Bike course is entirely asphalted, very flat and fast.  Athletes bike 10k in and out, for a total of 20k.   

RUN: The Run course is on a nice bike path on pavement.  Athletes run a total of 5k, in and out, and have access to three water/beverage stops.

RUN: The Run course is on a nice bike path in the forest.  Athletes run a total of 2.5k, in and out, and have access to two water/beverage stops.

BIKE: The Bike course is entirely asphalted, very flat and fast.  Athletes bike 10k in and out, for a total of 20k.   

RUN: The Run course is on a nice bike path on pavement.  Athletes run a total of 5k, in and out, and have access to three water/beverage stops.
